Who is responsible

What I collect and why

Subscribe and guide forms: your email, where you came from (web, Instagram or TikTok), the guide you asked for and when you gave consent. I use them to send you what you asked for and my emails. Legal basis: your consent.

«Let's talk» form: your name, email, topic and message. I use them only to answer you. Legal basis: your request.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot. The only cookie this site sets is «lang», which remembers your language. No ads, no tracking.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the data and sends the emails. If you subscribe to the newsletter, Substack handles that subscription under its own privacy policy. Both may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. I never sell your data.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Messages from the contact form, for as long as the conversation needs.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or limit its use, take it with you and withdraw your consent at any time: write to hello@srperera.com. If you think I am not handling it well, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
